The autoinjector is mounted securely in a test fixture. A linear actuator presses the internal plunger at a controlled, consistent speed.
The SMTM Micro S-Type Load Cell is placed in line with the actuator to measure all forces during the injection cycle. When connected to the 9330 Battery Powered High Speed Data Logging Indicator, force results can be captured using an SD card, then displayed on another PC or laptop.
